1. How is personal data / information collected?
a. Where information is provided to us directly:
personal data that you submit through our website. This information includes information provided at the time of signing up to our email newsletter; or personal data that you provide to us when you communicate with our Customer Support Channels; email, phone or letter. We may ask you to provide more information when you enter competitions & promotions or when you report an issue with our website.
